This is one of the biggest benefits of the Guild. A community of like minded people working on solving similar challanges. The solution to a problem that has been troubling you, might be a phone call away to the Guild - or a bigger one might take all of us petitioning at the appropriate level of Government/s for a solution. Either way it makes your job and life a lot simpler.
Imagine that because of your participation in the Guild, you now have systems and processes in place that ensure your job is being done better than before - or even better than anyone else could do it. That means you can have a life and time to yourself without everything falling apart when you are away.
It doesn't matter what level of proficency as a housing manager that you currently are at. The Guild's approach is eveyone is equal and we rely on systems and processes to ensure that once you are a Guild member you will have the tools to dramatically increase your proficiency.
I truly believe that together we can completely end the Indigenous Housing and Tuberculosis crisis within 10 years while significantly closing the socio-economic gap of disparity through exponential technologies.
